Phoenix HCS 552 Health Care Economics Terms Paper
The economics in the United States are changing at a high rate. Health care economics is an interest that links health and resources that are needed to support it. The United States health care economics are affected by presidential elections, consumer health behaviors, resource shortage, and unpredicted disastrous incidents. These economic issues can cause a shift in how health care service delivery will be provided to the consumers, the prices of the health care services, the retrieval of services, and a change in the demand for services. Choices must be made on how to handle or manage the needs with the limited resources that will be used. Health care economics focal points are the operation of the market price economy. Market price economy is named by the collaboration of supply and demand ("Health Economics Research", 2017). The supply and demand regulate the prices in the market (Fuchs, 2015). In this terms comparison paper, I must select three terms from week one readings and discuss these terms how they are compared in the health care economics. The three terms I will try to compare are resources, quality, and cost.
